Shipping Policy
Logistics from the United States and Canada will arrive in about 7-15th.
Most European cities, such as Germany, the United Kingdom, and France, will arrive on the 7-15th.
Brazil and other South American countries will arrive in 7-15th.
Senegal and other African countries will arrive on the 15th-20th.
Asia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and Singapore will arrive in about a week.
Ready-to-Ship Items: All in-stock wigs will be processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Custom Orders: Processing times for custom wigs are longer and depend on specific requirements. Estimated production times will be provided at the time of purchase.
Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Products that are not in stock and require customization or manufacturing will need about 15 days of production time before they are ready for shipment.
We appreciate your understanding and patience. If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, the order will be shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise arranged.

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $200. For orders under this amount, or for expedited shipping needs, rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while Express shipping arrives in 1-3 business days after processing.
We proudly ship worldwide to bring our premium wigs to you. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by our shipping fees.
Designated Areas: For the regions listed on our website, Wigaura covers all import taxes and customs clearance fees. You will not have to pay extra upon delivery.
Other Regions: Due to complex international policies, if your region is not on our tax-inclusive list, please contact our customer service team before ordering. Orders placed without prior contact may be delayed or unable to process.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. If you do not receive this within the expected processing time, please contact us.
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us for assistance. In the event of a lost package, we will investigate with the carrier and keep you updated throughout the process.

Orders containing items that are currently in stock will be processed and prepared for shipment within approximately 4 days.
When your order amount is ≥90 USD, we will ship it globally through DHL. You can check the logistics information at the following website.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system. You can monitoring your package's journey every step of the way.
To ensure the security of your purchase, all orders valued over $300 may require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We highly recommend using a secure shipping address where someone is available to receive the package.
If a return is requested for non-quality reasons, we will deduct the international shipping costs and the prepaid customs clearance fees from your refund.
