We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products where the product or packaging has not been altered, worn, or damaged no later than 30 days of the original ship date.

Is it real hair?
Yes, 100% European Remy human hair.
What is Remy hair?
Hair that still has the cuticle attached. Remy hair pieces are designed with the cuticle at the base so it will lay just like natural hair.

Will a hairpiece cause more hair loss?
No. When properly worn and cared for, toppers and wigs will not damage your natural hair or scalp. They’re here to support your confidence during thinning or hair loss.
Will hairpieces feel heavy or hot?
Not at all — unless you choose very high density. Most hairpieces are made with a lightweight and breathable design for your all-day wear comfort.
Tip: Lace-base hairpieces are perfect for warm weather.
Can l swim with a topper or wig?
We do not recommend this. It can put too much stress on the hair and create unmanageable tangles. As well as this, pool chemicals and salt can damage the hair and affect color.
Does wearing a topper make you hot?
No, because of the micro mesh base, it is very breathable. It will feel just like you would feel if you had that much hair naturally.
How do I change my shipping address?
If you wish to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our Customer Service team at jyzy@juyangzhiyu.cn as soon as possible during the order processing stage.
If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship it to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information cannot be able to be changed while the package is in transit.
Can I swim or shower with the hair product?
We do not recommend this. It can put too much stress on the hair and create unmanageable tangles. As well as this, pool chemicals and salt can damage the hair and affect color.
Can I straighten or style my hair topper?
Our hair topper are just natural—real human hair! And as long as proper care is taken while using the right styling tools and products, you can style them the way you want to – cut it, dye or colour it, curl it and everything you could possibly do to upgrade your new hair.
What Hair Products Should I Use?
Remember don’t use strong shampoos that contain chemicals and sulphate, and choose a mild shampoo that can moisturize your hair. Leave-in conditioners are another important part of hair care, but don’t go overboard with the products.
Can hair products be bleached and dyed?
Yes, you can let your hairdresser dye the human hair products darker. However, we do not recommend bleaching or lightening human hair products, as this would severely damage the hair. White, Platinum Blonde, and light grey hair are the best colors to use if you want to dye to a darker color. If you want to risk taking the chance of lightning with bleach, then we would suggest testing the strand in an inconspicuous spot first.
Does using a hair topper cause damage to your natural hair?
No, the hair topper does not cause any damage to your natural hair. By following the How to use guide and how to remove guides you can install and remove them easily.
