Step 1:Measure the Circumference

Put onyourwig cap or make sureyour hairis asfiat as posiblel and grab afewible measuring tape. Measurethe circumference ofyour headby pladng thend ofthe measuing tape at your hairlinein thefront, wrap the measuring tape around, and bring the tape around until it meets back in the front.

The aweragse circumferencemeasurementis goingtobe about21 inches, fyou aresmaerthana21-inch dircumference then you could posiblyweara petite sh2e.fyouare largerthan21 inches,you can gtinto a larger wig size.

Step 2:Measure Front to NapeYou wil also need to measure the diameter from thefront center ofyour forehead over the top to undereath your nape. Measure from ear to ear.

Step 3:Measure the Temples

This step is to ensure that the wig fits perfectly at your hairine. You will measure ear to ear across your forehead. This is indicated bynumber 3 inthe picture below.

For our visual learners, below is a visual description ofthe measurements you need.

Tips:

1. Note the measurement in inches or centimeters where the tape overlaps.
2. Measure again:Repeat 2-3 times for accuracy and go with the largest consistent number if measurements vary.
3. Round up:If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.

A wig length chart is a visual tool used to help you find the right hair wig for yourself.  

The length of a wig is measured from the root to the tip. Curly and wavy hair is measured the same way, but they are stretched to get an accurate measurement.

1. 6-Month Free Warranty (Manufacturing Defects)All our Full Wigs and Toppers(excluding Sale/Clearance items) come with a 6-month free warranty.

Coverage: This covers manufacturing defects such as abnormal shedding, bald spots, or significant color fading.

Service: We will professionally repair the base or add hair (refill) to restore density. This is a repair service, NOT a replacement for a new unit.

Shipping: While repair labor is free, customers are responsible for all round-trip shipping costs.

2. Post-Warranty & Paid Repair ServicesIf your item is out of the 6-month warranty period, or if the damage is accidental (e.g., torn lace, heat damage) and not covered by warranty, we still have you covered!

We offer paid services for: Base repairs, hair refilling/venting, and professional maintenance.

Process: Please contact our customer service with photos of the damage. We will assess the condition and provide a cost estimate for the repair.

Note: Repair fees and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Warranty ExclusionsThe free warranty becomes void under the following circumstances:

Base Damage: Rips or tears in the lace/silk base caused by handling or aggressive styling.

Alterations: Chemical processing (dyeing, bleaching) or physical alterations (cutting lace/hair) done by third parties.

Improper Care: Damage from glue/tape residues, sleeping, swimming, or negligence.

Important Notes:

Timeline: Repair services (both free and paid) involve intricate hand-tying work and may take up to 2 months to complete.

Recommendation: To extend the lifespan of your unit, we strongly advise rotating between at least two hair systems.
