Please strictly adhere to the following schedule. Requests made outside of this window will not be accepted:

• Application: Contact us within 15 days of receiving your package.

• Return Shipment: Ship the item back within 15 days after your request is approved.

• Eligible Items: Products must remain in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, lace uncut) with all tags and original packaging intact.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, clearance/final sale items, and any products that have been modified or damaged.

• Restocking Fee: A $65 USD fee will be deducted from the refund (covers quality inspection and inventory processing).

• Other Deductions: Original shipping fees and any incurred customs duties are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

1. Contact Us: Send your order number and clear photos of the product via Email or WhatsApp.

2. Receive Address: Await approval and receive the designated warehouse address (Important: Do not ship back to the original sender's address).

3. Shipment: Ship the item and provide us with the tracking number.

4. Refund: Refunds will be processed within 3–9 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
